My name is Amy, and I am the founder of ELAMY, a name that carries a personal meaning, combining Ellen and Amy, my grandmother and I. She has always been a source of inspiration to me, and I am proud to have created a space that reflects care, dedication, and timeless values. 

The build itself holds special meaning. At the time, my dad, a skilled stone mason, was undergoing cancer treatment and was determined to be part of its creation. He played an active role in the build, and five years after the salon was completed, having watched my business grow and flourish, he sadly passed away in November 2025. His craftsmanship, strength, and pride remain part of the foundations of Elamy.

I have been a beauty therapist since the age of 16, qualifying with a Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy level 3 and Bridal and Media Makeup. Now 28, I bring over a decade of experience to my work, with a continued passion for delivering exceptional treatments and refined results.

My career began within established salon environments, including four years at La Rose Parfaite in Bath Queen Square. Alongside this, I grew a private client base from home, was made redundant from the salon in Bath, and then started working within another local salon while expanding my independent business. During Covid, I realised a long-held vision by creating my own dedicated beauty therapy suite, a calm, private space designed to offer a truly elevated experience.

Self-employed since leaving college, I have built ELAMY with intention, independence, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a discreet, welcoming, and luxurious environment where clients can fully relax.

I have trained with leading industry brands, including Lycon, Arch & Co for lip blush, and The GelBottle, ensuring each treatment meets the highest professional and aesthetic standards.
